For notarization of your documents, you are required to provide a valid, unexpired photo ID issued by the state or government, like a driver's license, military ID, or passport. Be advised that any documents lacking a photo, such as social security cards, birth certificates, library cards, school IDs, credit/debit cards, and DMV extension receipts, are not acceptable.
